Bessi Labs
Bessi Labs is the public laboratory of Alessandro Bessi.
The lab exists to make multidisciplinary serious work visible — across computation, infrastructure, chess, music, drawing, endurance, and philosophy.
The two sites are related but distinct. alessandrobessi.com is the canonical identity page. Bessi Labs is the living archive — the place where the work is actually happening.
The goal is not to collect interests. The goal is to train perception across domains, accumulate serious work over time, and turn scattered ambition into visible form.
The lab
The lab is organized into seven rooms:
- Computation — infrastructure, AI, systems, programming languages
- Drawing — perception, form, visual discipline
- Chess — strategy, calculation, decision-making
- Music — harmony, rhythm, piano, bass
- Training — endurance, strength, adaptation
- Philosophy — attention, identity, mastery
- Field Notes — fragments and observations
